We also produce band saw rollers for portal saws and band saws as exclusive special production or in series. All geometries can be easily produced using a flexible moulding process.

Band saw rollers are produced from batch sizes larger than 1 piece for urgently needed replacement parts , prototypes, zero-series models or series according to individual requests or drawings.

Production is also possible with alternative materials such as EN-GJS, steel, aluminum and plastic.

Band saw rollers are produced to the highest quality. The cast as well as the mechanical editing need to follow strict guidelines.

We take good care in balancing the pulleys. The customized varnishing is then examined for coating thickness measuring.

We manufacture bandsaw rolls both as exclusive bespoke and custom-made products and in series production for machine manufacturers and OEM customers. For bespoke products, the geometry, mounting, band run profile and material are precisely tailored to the specific machine design. In series production, we place particular emphasis on consistent quality, tight tolerances and reliable components to ensure consistent machine performance.

What design variations and modifications are possible for band saw rolls?

Our band saw rolls are custom-designed and may include the following features, amongst others:

Yes, we can clean used and worn-out saw blade reels, recondition them mechanically in accordance with the customer’s specifications, and apply a new surface coating, so that they are indistinguishable from new parts.
